David Fisher

I am an Australian computer programmer, around 36 years old (as of May 2007). I have a rabbit called Squeek; as you can see, he’s a very sincere rabbit:

Rabbit on shoulder    Rabbit on lap

He’s called Squeek because he learned to speak “guinea pig” at the pet shop when he was young. The downward ears are because he’s a lop. He’s also albino.

Someone on rec.arts.int-fiction drew an ASCII picture of him, which I thought was pretty good:

                    ____

  /                |  |Q |
 |                 |  |  |
 |                 |  |__}
\|______m__________\_/---m

As well as rabbits and Interactive Fiction (which are not completely unrelated), I love the grace of God, as well as spending time in the bush (I grew up next to Lane Cove National Park in Sydney). If that sounds weird, “bush” means forest/woodland, not a small, scruffy plant!

I also like making up games, and I have written some IF games (Interactive Fiction) as well.
